Had to go back to basic cereal for breakfast this morning in spite of the presence of yummy prune ponczkas from Panacea. Felt the need for more wholesome start to the day since this is the week of lunches out. Today - Bill's Pizza for junior beef.
I was bad. My obnoxious client didn't feel like talking to me today, so to further reward myself, I stopped at Belts for customer appreciation day and got a small bananas foster brownie flurry. At least I only ate half and saved the rest!
Small Pilates class tonight - only 4 of us so we got lots of individual attention and spent time refining our postures.
Remember that you still have a Groupon for a massage by Shawna to use before Nov 24. I believe you said you'll need to take your bike there, so best to go before it gets too cold.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 1 plum, coffee
11:45 am Bill's junior beef w/mushrooms, 2 pickle slices
1:45 pm 1 c bananas foster brownie flurry
7:15 pm 1 prune ponczka, 10 oz skim milk, 1 c watermelon chunks
