Woke up with a headache that dissipated during exercise, but I wasn't able to complete the 70-min full video today. Had to stop after upper body and aerobics as I was thoroughly pooped. Hopefully I can make it through a whole day of work. This is getting old. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee 11:30 am Vanilla soy shake, English muffin, 1 tbl Fisher PB, large pear 3:30 pm 2 Fiesta malted milk eggs 5:45 pm 156 g spinach ravioli, 1/2 c Arrabiata sauce, .5 tbl grated Parmesan, 1/2 c sliced beets, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:35 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout, upper body and aerobics portion
