Sleep quality seemed a little better last night, though still frequent waking. Eyes were really weeping gunk all night long, still red this morning. At least only one more day to make it through the work week. The end is in sight.
Stopped at the Amherst Bakery while in that town. Run by an Austrian with a real flair for pastry.
Food:
6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 105 g blackberries, coffee
8:15 am 3/4 mushroom onion Swiss omelet, 1/2 c hash browns, 1 slice homemade wheat toast w/butter & marmalade, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 136 g cherry kuchen
4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew
5:30 pm Culver's grilled chicken sandwich
