I hesitate to jinx myself, but the budding cold seems to have passed over for now. I shall continue to rest and be a bit careful for awhile yet. So sorry that I started my last good Costco grapefruit this morning. I'll have to find some local grocery store substitutes which are likely to be about half their size. I also hesitate to jinx myself again, but the scale has started to gradually begin to move down again. I can hope! Munching too much at work - not good, especially if I want to keep the weight going down.
