Can't wait to feel good again. It's certainly better to do the exercise routine right after I get up. I was still a little sore from yesterday but I had the energy to get through it. It remains to be seen if the same can be said of the work day today. Enough! Staying home from work this afternoon to rest. Cold has turned the corner from congested to drippy. Using Kleenex like it's going out of style. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice Village Hearth whole wheat bread, 2 oz white meat turkey, orange 5:45 pm Turkey vegetable soup, 1 Effie's oatcake, 12 oz skim milk, 47 g shortbread Exercise: 4:40-5:50 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video
