Carefully chewing my crunchy cereal on the right side of my mouth to avoid stressing the temporary crown. Not sure if I'll remember to do this til next Wed when I get the real banana. May have to favor that one a short time also.
Bought a frozen shrimp lo mein dinner from Aldi's that you cook in a skillet in about 10 min. Surprisingly good, with all identifiable real food and good nutrition stats.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice TJ's sprouted multigrain toast, 1 tbl Jif, orange
12:30 pm 2 white chocolate peppermint M&Ms
2:45 pm Lindt chocolate truffle
5:45 pm 1 c Fusia shrimp lo mein, 12 oz skim milk
7:00 pm Jello Sugar Free Double Chocolate pudding cup
