Getting through the first week of the New Year. Didn't sleep great last night, probably because I re-watched the Reichenbach Falls episode of Sherlock 2 and couldn't get it out of my head to sleep. I still feel reasonably rested, probably because I've gotten adequate or more-than-adequate hours of sleep for several days running now. Food: 6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 104 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 am Mushroom/swiss omelet, 1.5 slices homemade wheat toast w/butter & marmalade, wedge cantaloupe, wedge honeydew, slice apple, coffee 10:30 am Lemon truffle 12:30 pm 1 Effie's pecan cake cracker, 5 white chocolate peppermint M&Ms 3:00 pm 1 cranberry sandie cookie 4:15 pm 3/4 c pretzel mix 6:15 pm 6 oz Winter Ale, 2 chicken tamales, 1/2 c peppermint ice cream, hot fudge Exercise: 4:45-5:35 am The Firm Bootcamp DVD 5:00-5:15 pm Treadmill - tried program 4 but tired!
