Back to work and a semblance of normalcy. Ooops, bad staff meeting. Heather brought mucho post-holiday treats and many of us ate our way through the 2-hour meeting. Don't know what came over me. Threw together a tasty casserole for dinner with one chicken breast and some odds and ends around the kitchen. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice 12-grain bread, .9 oz Jarlsburg, 1 tsp soft margarine, 100 g blueberries 12:30 pm .8 oz Lindt milk chocolate 1:00-3:00 pm 1/4 c Chex mix, 3/4 c pretzels w/light drizzle white chocolate, 2 frosted sugar cookies 6:15 pm Chicken penne casserole, Pictsweet Summer Vegetable blend, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:45 am Burn It Up DVD
