Got up and exercised this morning and realized I was still tired and feeling benefits from an afternoon of rest yesterday, so I decided to tack on one more full day of rest. So far, it feel's great! I went back to bed and didn't get up til almost 9 am to eat some breakfast. Heading back for another nap soon.
Food:
9:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries
1:30 pm 1.55 oz ham, slice Village Hearth whole wheat bread, orange
2:30 pm 24 g molasses cookies
5:30 pm 97 g ham, 2 slices Village Hearth whole wheat toast, 2 tsp margarine, small banana, 2 oz skim milk, 1/2 tsp sugar
