Dad doesn't sound like he's getting much better, even with the antibiotics, so I'm encouraging him to go back to the doctor to be checked. Pneumonia can easily end you up in the hospital.
Got 3 new DVDs through Amazon that arrived yesterday so I can try changing out some fresh routines.
One of my clients makes the world's best homemade shortbread. (She was born in Britain!) She brought me a plate of it today. Yum!
Glad the pretzel mix is finally finished at work. It was impossible to resist!
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 106 g blackberries, coffee
10:00 am 3 Brettels
12:15 pm Chocolate soy shake, 2.6 oz shortbread, 2 clementines
3:15 pm 1/2 c pretzel mix
6:30 pm 4.75 oz pan-fried catfish w/2 tbl panko crumbs, 1 tbl olive oil, 1/2 c mashed sweet potatoes, 1.5 servings Pictsweet Asian vegetables, 12 oz skim milk, cup echinacea tea
