Happy Flag Day! I had a really hard time getting out of bed to exercise this morning. Just incredibly sleepy. Tomorrow I can sleep in. I had to keep telling myself that to motivate, but it worked. I also had to remind myself that almost never does anyone regret choosing to do a workout rather than skip it. Food: 6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 103 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 pm 2 eggs over easy, 2 slices homemade wheat toast w/butter, 2 pkg marmalade, coffee 11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, Yoplait 100 Greek Vanilla yogurt, 1/4 large cantaloupe 2:30 pm Small sample black forest ham, parmesan cheese and apple slice at grocery store 3:00 pm 2 French cookies - chocolate Exercise: 4:50-5:40 am The Firm Maximum Cardio plus Abs DVD
