Two nights in a row of just under 7 hours sleep. I'm used to my full 8. But we checked out B&Bs in Napa last night and found one that looks great so it was worth staying up. There are a lot of choices to sift through in a variety of price ranges and amenities. We booked at the Old World Inn in Napa. I was sold on the nightly chocolate dessert bar they set out after dinner, as well as the chocolate chip cookies on check-in. Karen said she was going to Tahoe for the weekend but we don't arrive til Sun night. Hopefully we'll at least be able to meet them for dinner once while we're in their neighborhood. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 67 g blackberries, coffee 12:15 pm Vanilla soy shake, slice 12 grain bread, 1 tbl PB, 146 g strawberries 3:00 pm 2 French cookies - chocolate 6:15 pm 1/2 pkg Priano Shrimp Scampi & Linguine, 1 c asparagus, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:55-5:45 am The Firm Bootcamp DVD
