Feeling back to my normal energy levels today which is welcome. Only one more day left on call, and so far it's been quiet. I've taken my chances with scheduling several activities and have been fortunate that none have been interrupted.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 150 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 1/4 large cantaloupe, outrageous rhubarb cake
5:15 pm 1 serving Ventano Vegetarian lasagna, 12 oz skim milk, slice angel food cake/choc whip frosting
