It was a major struggle to get myself out of bed and exercising this morning, but my scale rewarded me with a slight downward dip. I know I'm not likely to get a lot of steps in today, so I jut had to suck it up and do the exercise. Tomorrow I can sleep in.
Had to be "one of those" customers at the restaurant with my client this morning. I ordered the homemade wheat toast and was given store bread so I sent it back. Their homemade toast is the thing I like best about this restaurant so I wasn't willing to settle for less. It was worth it.
Food:
6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 151 g strawberries, coffee
8:15 am 2 eggs, 2 slices homemade wheat toast w/butter, 1 1/2 pkg orange marmalade, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 1/8 8" chocolate iced angel food cake, 1/4 large cantaloupe
