Still feeling a bit worn from walking. Had 20,000 steps yesterday with the Rib hike so haven't exactly had a chance to recover yet. Starting a week of on-call tonight so no more hikes til next week. Joan's summer Pilates class starts tonight. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice L'Oven Fresh 12 grain bread, 1 tbl creamy PB, 148 g strawberries 12:30 pm Dark chocolate sea salt caramel 2:30 pm Kashi Dark Mocha Almond granola bar Exercise: 4:45-5:40 am Cardio Dance DVD
