Had no energy for exercise this morning, which was somewhat of a surprise since I wasn't all that tired when I got up. I could do the movements, but I had no oomph behind it. I did stop a little before the end of the second DVD for lack of gas.
I put a little chopped marjoram and rosemary in the mashed potatoes and a splash of lemon juice on the microwaved asparagus. Surprisingly, the lemon juice mixed with the asparagus "juice" turned red!
That was a refreshing walk! We started out to get the rest of our 10,000 steps for the day and Dad was nervous about the rain clouds in the north. They did decide to let loose as we got by the UWSP tennis courts on Reserve St, so we got a wet return walk home. Dad had brought his rain jacket but I was in cotton capris with a non-hooded fleece so I was thoroughly wet. Fortunately, the rain was fairly warm and there was no wind so I wasn't cold. The shower on the day with no hot water was significantly less comfortable.

6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
8:15 am 2 eggs over easy, 2 slices homemade wheat toast w/butter, 2 pkg marmalade, coffee
11:30 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice TJ's 10 grain bread, 2 slices turkey, slice Jarlsberg lite, large lettuce leaf, 75 g blueberries, 3/4 apricot
12:30 pm 1 pc Whitman Sampler
2:30 pm Snickers Fun Size
5:00 pm Kirkland "diet Coke"
6:15 pm 3 oz rotisserie chicken breast, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 1/2 c asparagus, 12 oz skim milk
