Nice to get last week's Fitbit report from our hiking week to see my daily average steps over 13,000. Wish I could keep that up! Unfortunately, it requires more time than I have in the regular work week to devote to hikes/walks.
I have one more morning bun left, but this morning I really wanted cereal for breakfast to be a bit more filling.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g raspberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, raspberry nut scone, 2 apricots
1:45 pm 100 cal pack Snapea Crisps
7:30 pm 4 oz extra lean ground beef, 1 tbl shredded asiago, 1/2 tbl ketchup, multigrain sandwich thin, 1 c mixed greens (from our own growth), basil, parsley, 1/4 c red pepper strips, 1 sliced strawberry, 5 pea pods, 12 oz skim milk
Exercise:
4:50-5:45 am Cardio Dance DVD
5:05-5:25 pm Walk to Pilates
5:30-6:45 pm Pilates class
6:45-7:05 pm Walk home
