The Chef's Dinner at Michele's was excellent and it was great to visit with Chuck and Deb while enjoying great food and wine. We learned (the hard way) not to continue to drink everything they put in front of us, including refills of the wine glasses. I am still feeling the alcohol this morning. I slept in instead of exercising this morning to get a full 8 hours for the first time this week, but I still feel a little dizzy. We are just not hard core drinkers. Food seems to be helping the situation. I had breakfast with my client and am a bit less foggy. Food: 6:45 am 1/4 med cantaloupe, 101 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 am 2 eggs, 2 slices homemade wheat toast w/butter & marmalade, coffee 11:30 am 1 large banana 2:30 pm 1 Babybel Light 6:30 pm Salsa meatloaf, 1/2 c Simply Potatoes mashed sweet potato, 12 oz skim milk 7:15 pm 1 1/2 c watermelon chunks Exercise: 5:20-6:20 pm Richard Simmons DVD
