Hippo birdie to me. Thanks so much for the cheery email - it made me smile. Hoping to make the best of the day and the upcoming year to be the best I can be. Had a lovely birthday. Michael, Kate, & Val sang Happy Birthday to me on a voice mail. We actually had another coworker's birthday lunch belatedly scheduled for today so I went out to lunch but still have my own to look forward to. Dad and I had a great birthday dinner at Red Mill. When I came home, there was a beautiful mum plant by the back door from Hartmans! Nice day. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 99 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm Grilled cheese w/tomato & onion, 1 c fruit salad, 1/4 large red velvet cupcake, 8 dutch mints 6:00 pm 8 med seared scallops, 1 c steamed broccoli, 1 small slice vegetable bread w/butter, 1 c corn chowder w/bacon, Purple Parrot, 1/2 pc chocolate cake Exercise: 4:50-5:45 am DWTS DVD
