Halfway through the 4-day work week. It can end any time now. Vacation sometimes makes me crave more leisure rather than less. Guess I'll settle back into normal routines sometime soon. Tonight I need to make a lemon icebox cheesecake and a batch of the lemon curd dip for a baby shower after work tomorrow afternoon. Also I think I start voice with Mary tonight. Food: 6:45 am 1 c trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 17 g blackberries, 140 g strawberries, coffee 12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, slice 12 grain bread, 1 tbl peanut butter, small pear 1:15 pm 1 square Lindt coffee blast bar 3:30 pm Kashi Dark Chocolate Almond chewy granola bar 7:30 pm 3.3 oz extra lean ground beef, onion bun, large cherry tomato, leaf kale 8:10 pm 2 Fit & Active fruit crisps Exercise: 4:50-5:45 am The Firm step/weight DVD 5:05-5:25 pm Walk to Suzuki 6:50-7:10 pm Walk home
