I have breakfast with my client this morning, but not til 9 am due to need to sit in on an 8:30 psych appointment with someone else. Had to modify my usual "just fruit" at home to allow enough carbs to keep my vitamins from making me lightheaded and nauseous with that long a wait for real breakfast. Bill Pyke is taking me to lunch at Emy J's this noon, and we have Connie's baby shower for the upcoming twins at 4 pm. Busy day. Food: 6:45 am 1/4 med cantaloupe, 1 chocolate graham cracker, coffee 9:15 am 2 eggs over easy, 1 1/2 slice homemade whole wheat toast w/butter, 1 1/2 pkg marmalade, coffee 12:30 pm 1 c gingered beet soup, 2 fish tacos 4:30 pm Mike's Hard Lemonade 5:15 pm Barbecue on bun, 1/2 c baked beans, 1/2 c fruit salad, 2 cucumber slices, 6-7 chocolate "chips" w/lemon curd dip, small piece lemon icebox cheesecake, scotcheroo 6:45 pm 5 oz Reserve d/Oriane Exercise: 4:50-5:40 am Jane Fonda Fat Burners video 1:30-3:00 pm (with 20 min break) Walk with client
