Wed 18 Sept

Did a DVD I haven't looked at for a long time, and I can feel my quads from the large number of lunges and squats. I was reading a discussion on people's favorite exercise DVDs and someone mentioned this one so I felt the urge to dig it out. It isn't as many steps because several of the exercises are in place, but it is a good workout. Making a new recipe for crock pot salsa meatloaf using Bill Pyke's home canned garden salsa. Hope it turns out well. OMG, it's delicious! Sue said I could come at 6:00 for my hair appointment, but she had forgotten to ask her previous client to come early so she had to finish up. At her suggestion, I went next door to the new wine bar to check it out and he had a cold open bottle of Vouvray chenin blanc. Time well spent.
