A normal week of work after much vacation/holiday will likely seem strange. There are always things that spice it up a bit, but it can also drag on. Let's hope for the best. Food: 6:45 am Morning bun, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 99 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Peach soy shake, cranberry ginger scone from Batch 5:00 pm 2 svgs Lipton Mandarin Mango tea mix 6:15 pm 1/2 c beef brisket in BBQ sauce from Costco, onion bun, 2 c watermelon chunks, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:55 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video 2:35-2:55 pm Walk 7:00-7:50 pm Walk with Dad
