Hot & sweaty exercise this morning, but I made it to the end, though I did cut the cool down a wee bit short. I had stretched enough and wanted breakfast.
Food:
8:05 am Gibassier pastry, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 101 g blackberries, coffee
