First half of the year is history; on to the quicker half. Somewhat tired this morning in spite of an extra hour's sleep last night. Came home from my haircut, ate a little, and fell into bed. I had been quite tired all day yesterday. Oh well, it's a short work week if you don't count being on the pager. Thankfully, it was quiet last night.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 sm cantaloupe, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:10 am Slice Omega 3 bread, 69 g braunschweiger, 99 g raspberries
2:30 pm 2 cinnamon graham crackers
4:50 pm 5 oz blackberry sangria
6:15 pm 10" flour tortilla, 3 oz taco meat w/homemade seasoning, 1/4 c chopped tomato, 1/8 c chopped lettuce, 1 tbl shredded cheddar, 1 tbl pineapple salsa
