Tues 21 Jul

Stomach is much better today. Woke up with a bit of a headache, but the ibuprofen is helping. Should be no problem resuming regular routine. Food: 6:50 am Honey bear pastry, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:05 pm 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, fresh chives, slice oatmeal cranberry bread, 1/2 large tomato, 100 g raspberries Exercise: 4:50-5:55 am Jessica Smith 4/5 Walk On DVD
