Had a "Don' wanna" morning re: getting up to exercise this morning, but made myself do it anyway. Wasn't tired muscles or illness, just laziness. Now I feel somewhat virtuous for following through.
Food:
6:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee
9:15 am Peach cobbler
12:35 pm 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, fresh chives, 62 g chocolate chip brioche, med peach
3:30 pm 2 Snicker's minis
5:20 pm 1/4 c Quaker Oat Squares
6:35 pm Fit & Active turkey sweet Italian sausage, L'Oven whole wheat bun, 1 tbl ketchup, 3/4 c potato salad, 1/2 cucumber, 2 oz cherry wine
Exercise:
4:50-5:50 am Jessica Smith 4 Fat-Burning Blasts DVD
4:50-5:20 pm Mowed lawn with manual mower
