Unusually tired of muscle this morning. Not sleepy and feeling like I got a good night's rest, but sluggish. Exercise was a mental effort as well as a physical one, but I did get it done. Food: 6:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, small peach, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:25 pm Spinach mushroom individual quiche, 100 g raspberries, 51 g chocolate chip brioche 1:30 pm Crunchy rice roller 7:45 pm Culver's shaved prime rib sandwich 8:30 pm Jello Sugar-Free dark chocolate pudding cup Exercise: 4:50-5:20 am Salsa Dance DVD 5:20-5:45 am Reggaeton DVD 5:10-5:30 pm Neighborhood walk
