Got the new Jessica Smith DVDs I had ordered yesterday and tried the Core and the Strength workouts this morning. Very good; I'm a little wiped.
Ought to have just about enough blackberries to last til we can get back to Costco on Friday.
Food:
6:55 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 101 g blackberries, coffee

4:55-5:25 am Jessica Smith Core Walk DVD
5:25-5:55 am Jessica Smith Strength Walk DVD
6:40-7:25 pm Neighborhood walk
