8:00 am Hard-boiled egg, bowl raisin bran w/skim milk, blueberry muffin, 1/4 c cottage cheese, 1 c fruit salad, 6 oz OJ, coffee
11:00 am Rice krispie treat
2:00 pm Chicken fillet, bun, 12 oz skim milk
8:30 pm 4 large scallops, 1 1/2 c roasted veggies, 3/4 c cous cous, iced tea. 1/4 berry Napoleon pastry
