What a beautiful weekend - weather is absolutely beautiful! I couldn't have imagined nicer weather to enjoy the fair yesterday. Michael and Drew walked around by themselves and found us about an hour or so after we finished breakfast. They had walked all around the fairgrounds, eaten a bunch of junk, and thought we'd be ready to go before 10:30 am! I politely informed Drew (and Michael who should know our routine) that when we come to the fair, we come for the day. We usually don't leave til about 3-3:30 pm and I had just started looking through buildings. They went off and spent some more time looking around, then asked to be let into the car around 1 pm where they listened to iPods and chatted til we came back just before 3.
Seems odd that we've been to the fair and it's not Labor Day tomorrow. The whole summer has been a little "off-schedule" with taking our vacation in late July instead of August. But regardless, I'm enjoying the beautiful weather at home too.
Food:
8:15 am Vanilla soy shake
12:15 pm 8 oz OJ, 1 c coffee, chicken leg w/orange glaze, 1/2 c rice w/veggie blend, 1/2 c sugar snap peas, 1/2 dinner roll w/1 tsp margarine, 1/2 c peach cobbler
2:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
5:10 pm Chocolate chip cookie
6:30 pm Ball Park frank, wheat bun, 1 tbl ketchup, 1/2 c BBQ baked beans w/pulled pork, 1 1/2 c watermelon, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
Exercise:
3:55-5:05 pm Bike ride w/dad (13 mile)
