Wed 20 Aug

Used my bike again yesterday to get to close-by afternoon appointments and office and to run evening errands. Dad thinks I should look into getting a road bike, so I may just look around at options. I'd like to be sure I'd really use it regularly, but I guess I won't know til I try.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c Grape Nuts Cranberry Trail Mix cereal, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, plum, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
10:00 am 1 pc butterscotch hard candy
11:45 am Peach soy shake, 7 cherry tomatoes, Butterfinger Fun Size bar
3:00 pm Nature Valley Oats N Honey granola bars (2 in package)
6:45 pm Large chicken thigh, grilled; Blue Top corn: 1 med/large, 1 small; 1 c diced watermelon, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:45 pm Small Culver's hot fudge sundae w/raspberries (Hey, we walked! I earned it!)


Exercise:

12:30-12:35 pm Biked to work
3:25-3:45 pm Walk
4:30-4:40 pm Biked to Campus Cycle
7:35-8:35 pm Walk to Culver's w/dad
9:00-9:55 pm Walk home
5:15-5:20 pm Biked home
