I've been happy with myself for exceeding 10,000 steps a day (including conversions for alternate exercise) this week. I had been keeping my goal at a modest 8,000/day, 5 days/week because I didn't think I could consistently make the 10,000 even though I exceeded it easily some days. I'm up to several days in a row now, including all of this week. Hope I can keep it up.
Food:
7:00 am 1/2 c organic cinnamon nut granola, 6 oz homemade yogurt, plum, coffee, cherry juice from concentrate
12:00 pm Peach soy shake, 91 g red grapes
1:30 pm Slice Starbuck's raspberry cream cheese filled coffee cake
6:30 pm 1 c macaroni and cheese, 1 c beets, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:45 pm 2"x2" brownie
Exercise:
3:00-3:20 pm Brisk walk
7:40-8:40pm Pilates mat
