Hoping to hit the road around 4:30 pm today so we should be there between 6-6:30 depending on traffic. We'll get supper and retire to the hotel unless there's shopping or other errands that needs to be done tonight. I packed an extra swimsuit for your use if we want to hit the pool/hot tub tonight. As I recall, there's also a decent exercise room.

7:00 am 1 1/4 c Total Cranberry Crunch, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am 2 pc string cheese, plum, chocolate soy shake, 13 g meltaway chocolate
1:00 pm Scotcheroo
3:00 pm Peanut butter cookie
8:00 pm 2 1/2 shrimp fajitas, chips and salsa, 16 oz margarita
