Nearly 2/3 of the year is gone, and the last part always flies by at warp speed. Wow!
Sure did taste good to have coffee cake, but I wish I could share some with you. Doesn't do the calorie counting any good, but it's good ol' comfort food for the soul.

Food:
8:30 am 5.6 oz coffee cake, cherry juice from concentrate
1:00 pm Peach soy shake, small banana
4:45 pm 4 oz shredded BBQ beef, bun, 1/4 c sliced dill pickles, 150 cal pkg potato chips
8:00 pm Small Culver's Bananas Foster sundae
Exercise:
12:20 pm !5 min ride to Campus Cycle & back (Still haven't got the 2009 bikes in but got some AWESOME padded paddle grips and a computer for current bike which I'd still use for trail riding)
3:45-4:10 pm Walk to Riverfront
5:45-6:10 pm Walk home
