Another beautiful day, and my scale dipped below 130 for the first time in years! Nice way to start the week.
Food:
7:00 am 1 1/4 c Total Cranberry Crunch, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am Peach soy shake, plum
12:15 pm Handi-Snacks sugar free chocolate pudding cup
3:45 pm Chocolate heart
6:30 pm Dinner roll w/butter, 3.5 oz salmon w/mustard sauce, 1/3 c sliced apples soaked in amaretto, 1 1/4 c roasted veggies, med baked potato w/butter and sour cream, iced tea, 1"x2" piece chocolate cake
8:00 pm Ginger cookie w/buttercream icing
Exercise:
10:20-10:40 am Walk
11:20-11:45 am Walk home for lunch
12:20-12:40 pm Walk back (I guess I walk faster with food in my belly)
8:45-9:10 pm Walk with Dad
