TGIF! Seems like a long week even though it was a short one with the Monday holiday. Schedule has been busy so I'm tired at the end of each day, and I'm always a little less energetic when I make the commitment to keep the calories in check. Today I'm (probably) going to lunch with Bill Pyke to celebrate my birthday, so I'll have to work harder to order smart again. We're supposed to go to Cafe 27 and this is good soup weather, so that may be my choice.
I do hope that we can hike tonight. Timing didn't work out yesterday for either of us, and we had to do veggies, too.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am 1 c curry vegetable soup, 1/2 small Cubano panini w/ham, pork, tomato, lettuce, cheese, bun, 1 oz homemade sweet potato chips, 1/4 c cole slaw w/o mayo, 1/4 c shredded carrot salad, 1/4 c lentil salad
2:45 pm 1/2 Moser Roth small bar dark chocolate (12.5 g)
5:00 pm 2 c kettle corn
7:45 pm 2/3 pulled pork sandwich (Great Dane), lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, 5 fried plantains, 12 oz scotch ale
