I was tired this morning and really didn't want to get up early to exercise. I plan to bake a mocha walnut pudding cake this afternoon after work to take to Rick & Liz's house for post-fish fry noms, so I've promised myself to exercise while it's in the oven.

Found a great place for a baked fish "fry" out in Custer. An Irish-themed bar called Clancy's with a huge crowd and great food. The meritage went well with the rich chocolate cake.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice Trader Joe's multigrain fiber toast, 1 tbl almond butter, 103 g red grapes, Nestle Fat Free cocoa
2:00 pm Scotcheroo
6:00 pm 4 oz filet baked fish w/light breading, small tossed salad, 1/2 tbl sun-dried tomato dressing, 3/4 c roasted red potatoes, 2 bites rye bread w/butter, 12 oz diet Vernor's ginger ale, 9 oz Sam Adams Oktoberfest beer
8:30 pm 2"x2" piece mocha walnut pudding cake, 2 tbl real whipped cream, 5 oz meritage


Exercise:

3:30-4:00 pm Pilates w/resistance band DVD
