Looking forward to a beautiful, sunny day and hiking tonight. Shoulders and neck are still a bit unaccountably sore, but they usually work out with some slow, careful stretches.


Food:

7:15 am Slice buttermilk spice coffee cake, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
10:15 am 100 cal pack whole natural almonds
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, med banana, 2 oz light original soy milk, prune ponczka, 57 g oven roasted turkey
2:30 pm 1 LifeSaver, 1 Necco Canadian mint
6:30 pm Blueberry fruit strip
8:15 pm 3 oz leftover Brocach chicken breast, 1/4 c risotto w/spinach & carrot, 10 oz light original soy milk, raspberry jelly donut



Exercise:

5:00-6:10 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout, upper, lower, abs, and aerobiccs
5:30-7:30 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
