Thurs 16 Sept

Oh joy, rain for Lion's Camp. Unless it clears up and the ground dries out a bit, will likely be a mostly indoors day. Would like to hike around the lake, even if it's slow-paced with overweight clients. Would also like to get out on the lake in a pedal boat or kayak. May have to wait til next week at the North Shore, though.

Tired. Long day at camp but good day all the same. Will earn comp time for extra hours.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
12:00 pm 1 c chili, 1 tbl shredded cheddar, grilled cheese sandwich, 6 oz skim milk, 1/2 c vanilla pudding
3:00 pm 1/2 c fresh pineapple, 6-7 Ritz veggie crisps, 4 thin apple slices, 2 tortilla chips
5:30 pm 3 oz fried chicken breast, 1/2 c canned green beans, 1/4 rice pilaf, dinner roll w/1/3 pat butter, 6 oz skim milk, small piece strawberry shortcake on vanilla pound cake
7:30 pm Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding cup



Exercise:

5:10-5:50 am Crunch Pilates DVD
3:00-4:00 pm Walk around lake
4:30-5:20 pm Walk around lake
