Only a two-day work week this week, and as yet, not heavily scheduled. Hoping to hike this evening if weather allows.
We both lacked the motivation to hike tonight. Blame it on the clouds and threat of rain, but really we're just tired and need a night of rest.
Wish we had some of that beautiful weather up here, though I am thoroughly enjoying a night off. Made fresh, homemade applesauce and acorn squash for supper. Will probably start gathering things to pack for the North Shore since I have voice until late tomorrow.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 100 g raspberries, coffee
10:30 am Molasses cookie
12:15 pm 4 oz shaved prime rib, 1.5 oz Swiss cheese, 1/4 c mushrooms, 1 c fruit salad
3:00 pm 1 LifeSaver
5:15 pm 1 raspberry kolache, 4 oz Riesling
6:30 pm Pictsweet Steamables Grilled Chicken with Summer Vegetables, 3/4 c acorn squash, 1 tsp margarine, 1 c applesauce, 12 oz skim milk

Clouds? What clouds?! I took a six mile walk along the shore of lake Mendota this afternoon and it was gorgeous - still is :D
