Things don't work well before 5 am. Tried to use my Keurig coffee maker for a single cup, couldn't get it to heat the water. Yahoo mail isn't even up at this hour today. Hope it isn't a harbinger of the day.

Ate too much. The extra large Scotcheroo I munched on the way home was over the top. Darn. (It was yummy, though)

Went to gym to atone for Scotcheroo. Feel better now.


Food:

4:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe
8:30 am Blueberry bagel, 1 tbl cream cheese
12:30 pm French dip on talame bun, garden salad, 1 tbl fat free tomato basil dressing
1:30 pm Extra large scotcheroo
6:00 pm 6 oz Gewurtztraminer
6:30 pm 2.85 oz Costco chicken breast, 1/2 c mashed sweet potatoes, 1 c sliced beets


Exercise:

4:30-5:35 pm Elliptical
