Go Pack! Aaron Rodgers didn't let me down even after I went to bed. All I managed to watch was the second quarter after choir and before bed but it was nice to get up to hear they did well after all. A winning season is always a fun thing. How are the Badger women's hockey players doing?


Food:

7:00 am Small caramel pecan roll, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
11:00 am 1/2 slice pumpkin bread
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 1 slice Sara Lee 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tbl peanut butter, med banana
2:00 pm Slice plain angel food cake
3:30 pm 2 small diet Cokes at DQ
4:30 pm 20 g Indian Corn
6:15 pm 5 oz extra lean ground beef, Arnold's multigrain sandwich thin, 1/4 oz shredded asiago cheese, fresh basil & oregano, 1/4 tbl butter, 1/8 c sauteed onions, 1/8 c sauteed portabellas, 2/3 c homemade applesauce, 3/4 c green beans, 12 oz skim milk
