I am really disgusted that I am continuing to put on weight. I continue to be pretty faithful to my exercise, so I guess I'm continuing to eat more than I should of the wrong kinds of foods. It's so easy for me to slip back into bad habits without even realizing it until my pants are getting tighter. Yuck!
Had a birthday lunch scheduled today at El Mezcal. I arranged it for the birthday people, so I couldn't skip out. At least I did skip the chips and salsa.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
12:00 pm Cheese enchilada, 1/2 c refried beans w/cheese, 1/2 c Mexican rice
1:30 pm 2 Rolos
6:45 pm 1 c Zatarain's Caribbean rice w/3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 c acorn squash w/sea salt, fresh ground pepper, 1/6 tbl butter, 1/2 c applesauce, 12 oz skim milk
7:30 pm 11 Trader Joe's wine crackers
