Hoping to swing a hike tonight even if it means coming back down the hill on the paved road path in semi-darkness. The new path is lined with light-colored stones which should make visibility better even though there aren't lights on the road, and the stones separate pedestrians from the road which is a welcome change from the previous arrangement.


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 caramel pecan roll, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 127 g strawberries, coffee
9:30 am Piece pecan kringle
11:30 am Chocolate soy shake, Chobani 0% peach yogurt, small banana, lg molasses cookie
3:00 pm Butterfinger miniature bite
5:00 pm Energy powder
7:45 pm 5 oz bison burger, multigrain bun, tomato, field greens, 1 oz cheddar, ketchup, 5 fried plantains, 5 oz Oktoberfest beer
