This morning we have a presentation by a man who talks about living with schizophrenia. I'm starting my day with Wheaties from my Aaron Rodgers box so it's bound to be a good day, right?
The replacement Pilates instructor is quite young. I like Joan's style much better so I'm not sure if we'll continue with Maggie. Afterwards, I lacked the energy to cook so we went to Ranchitos.
Food:
6:45 am 3/4 c Wheaties, 1/2 c light original soy milk, small caramel pecan roll, 1/4 lg cantaloupe, coffee
10:00 am Cranberry muffin
12:15 pm Blueberry soy shake, 2/3 c applesauce, apple cider donut
2:45 pm 1 wintergreen mint
7:00 pm 2 pork tamales, 1/2 c refried beans w/cheese, 1/8 c shredded lettuce, 1 tbl chopped tomatoes, margarita, chips & salsa

7:40-7:45 am Walk to Rice Clinic bldg
11:55-12:10 pm Walk home
5:30-6:45 pm Pilates class
