Hard to get moving this morning. Thought I was going to get 8 1/2 hours sleep last night, but had a hard time sleeping so I spent a significant portion of that time awake. No real idea why, odd muscle cramps, restless? Hoping for better quality sleep tonight.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
11:30 am Blueberry soy shake, slice Country Hearth 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tbl peanut butter, small pear, 2 small plums
12:45 pm Espresso biscotti
3:45 pm 16 oz diet Coke, 16 oz diet Dr. Pepper
4:45 pm 9 g Indian corn
5:30 pm Big bowl leftover Irish lamb stew, 12 oz skim milk
