7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 136 g strawberries, coffee
12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, slice banana bread, sm banana
2:45 pm 2 Reese's miniatures, 2 pc Finn Crisp
6:00 pm 3.35 oz grilled pork chop, 2/3 serving heirloom rice, 2/3 tsp olive oil, 1 c sauteed summer squash, 12 oz skim milk, 5 oz red wine, 1/2 c Schwan's triple lemon frozen yogurt
