Didn't sleep too well again last night. Hoping for better tonight.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 102 g blackberries, coffee
11:30 am Blueberry soy shake, 1 slice Healthy Choice 7-grain bread, 1 tbl PB, sm peach
4:15 pm Chocolate calcium chew, 2 c watermelon chunks
6:00 pm Mojito, 8 oz fried walleye, 1 c fruit salad, 4-5 beer city fries, 1 sm pc cocktail rye, 1 tbl tartar sauce, 1/4 c coleslaw
6:45 pm 1 c black cherry ice cream w/berries & chocolate pieces
