Internet was down when I woke up, but fortunately Bob is the wizard of getting things up and running again. I really need to pay more attention to how he does that. Hungry afternoon. Tried to analyze if it was truly hunger and I think that it was. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 104 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Peach soy shake, English muffin, 1 tbl peanut butter, med peach 3:00 pm 2 caramel pizzelles 4:00 pm 100 cal pack plain almonds 4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew 7:45 pm 1 c Millville shredded wheat, 1 c blueberries, 1/2 c light original soy milk Exercise: 4:45-5:35 am Jane Fonda Low Impact Aerobics video
